Welcome to BillZone Pay! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BillZone Pay mobile application and related services provided by BILLZONE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
BillZone Pay acts as a facilitator for recharges and bill payments. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers (BBPS, telecom operators, etc.). Successful transactions are generally non-refundable once processed by the utility provider.
BZ Coins are loyalty rewards points that have no cash value outside of the BillZone Pay ecosystem. We reserve the right to change the conversion rate or expire points at our discretion.
BILLZONE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
